SBR Policies and Procedures

Our goal is to ensure that every one of our distinguished clients are a V.I.B--Very Important Brow! In order for me to provide the superior service and treatments you love and come to expect, please carefully read over our booking and policy information. 

SBR booking and Policy information

All bookings and cancellations will be done in a self-service, online platform.

• NO refunds or exchanges on goods or services. ALL sales are final.

• Cancellations must be done through the online booking using the text or email confirmation received from original appointment booking.

• Text, emails, and DMs are not monitored daily, as we are ensuring our clients’ utmost satisfaction during their services. All booking is done online with a valid credit card.

• To avoid cancellation fees, please ensure that you are responsible for cancelling your appointment 24 hours prior using the online platform to avoid any charges.

• If you must bring children, they must be well behaved and quiet. If your technician, for whatever reason feels your children are not cooperative or a disruption, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge you for the missed service and our time.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.

• A valid credit card is needed on file for you to book and hold your appointment time. Emails are not monitored daily, and are therefore we will not book, cancel, or reschedule appointments via email. Please book online with one of our esteemed artists via the online booking system.

• For Eyelash Services, please DO NOT arrive wearing eye-makeup. If clients arrive wearing eye makeup, additional fees for makeup removal/lash bath may be assessed.

• Microblading touch-up appointments must be made at the time of the initial session due to limited availability. Failure to book the microblading touch-up appointment at the initial session may not guarantee you the desired time-slot needed for the touch-up.

• Microblading consultation is $30.00. This will NOT be applied to the cost of the service.

• Well-behaved children must sit, and wait quietly in our designated waiting area. If your child is too young to be left alone in the waiting area, we ask that you please schedule your appointments to respect the experience for all clientele. If your child is a disruption to our other patrons, staff, or salon- we will cancel your appointment and you will be responsible for the cost of your service.

  • Facial and spa services are performed by our fellow professionals, and we ask that all guests are considerate of the spa atmosphere. Absolutely no children will be tolerated running throughout the salon, and disturbing the professionals, or other paying customers. We reserve the right to cancel or prohibit clients from returning that do not comply with this consideration.

  • Be respectful to staff, property, and self. NO respect, NO service.

Late Appointments

Late appointments will be subject to our cancellation policy and charged 100% of our service cost. 

No-Show/Missed/Cancelled Appointments

• If you do not show for an appointment or have not successfully rescheduled your appointment time with proper notice, you will be subject to paying the cancellation fee of 100% of the service you were to receive. Our technicians are paid regardless of your NO Show, and the company WILL NOT be responsible for your failure to adhere to our policies.

• If you have an appointment for a microblading touch-up and miss or fail to reschedule within the given window, you will be charged full price for your “next” touch-up service.

Cancellation window for all services: 

• 24 hours notice via your original confirmation in our self assisted platform.

• All of our Packages, Services, and products are NON REFUNDABLE.
